A public sector organization responsible for managing administrative services was facing challenges related to the efficiency of its financial management systems. The existing infrastructure presented limitations in data integration, making information analysis and decision-making more difficult.
ToInovate conducted a detailed assessment of the organization’s SAP environments, evaluating infrastructure, servers, users, licensing, and overall system performance. The main focus was to prepare the adaptation to SNC-AP requirements and support modernization decisions, including the potential migration to S/4HANA.

Diagnosis and Analysis
The SAP system had evolved to support finance, contracts, asset management, procurement, and maintenance, creating increased complexity, manual processes, and integration challenges. This impacted operational efficiency and the reliability of daily information management.
Approach and Recommendations
Within three months, using mixed teams, we mapped all details of the SAP environments and proposed action plans to simplify processes, improve integrations, strengthen reporting capabilities, and gradually evolve towards S/4HANA, with clearly defined costs and priorities.

Results and Impact
The report provided the City Council with a clear view of the risks and opportunities related to SNC-AP, transforming complexity into a practical action plan. This enabled the alignment of SAP, business processes, and strategic objectives towards a more efficient public service.
